Nature Preserve Trail Run Clinic

Join the Land Conservancy of West Michigan and Gazelle Sports to learn the simple and effective points to good form running. This technique allows you to run most efficiently without harming your feet, legs or other body parts. Land Conservancy staff will be on hand to encourage participation in the 2012 Fifth Third River Bank Run as a Land Conservancy of West Michigan team member.
